Black Oil Sunflower - A large seed, black in color, which has a hard outer shell and a soft inner meat that is relatively high in protein and very high in fat content.  This seed is highly preferred by most medium to large sized birds.

Striped Sunflower - A larger variety of sunflower (as much as 50% larger than Black Oil).  This seed is dark grey with light tan stripes.  The high fat content provides an excellent source of energy.
